Where the Scorpio N does better

Fit & finish

Scorpio N: Strongly positiveXUV 7XO: Strongly negative

Scorpio N: “Welcome to a properly modern 2022 cabinetry, absolutely, it feels like night and day compared to the classic... you have this nice padded layer over here, double stitching, it gives a very premium upmarket feel to it.”

XUV 7XO: “the issue with the bright upholstery especially in our conditions is that you have to put in extra effort to keep it clean and even then some of these cars get pretty shabby very very fast... a dark upholstery would be a better choice.”

Dashboard layout

Scorpio N: Mixed reviewsXUV 7XO: Generally negative

Scorpio N: “Orientation and all of these buttons and all feels quite old school now - it does have an air of nostalgia to it with the switches, and the dashboard that's way up front and it's flat as well.”

XUV 7XO: “This is quite busy and because you don't have a single button on the dashboard you have to basically park your car, take your eyes off the road, be safe and only then go through the menus and sub menus and apps.”

Braking

XUV 7XO: Strongly positiveScorpio N: Generally negative

XUV 7XO: “Iska braking rehta hai, peeche aapko disc brake mil jaata hai, jo iska braking hai bahut zyada bahut zyada achha hai.”

Seat comfort

XUV 7XO: Strongly positiveScorpio N: Generally negative

XUV 7XO: “Overall the seat comfort is excellent. You have power adjust for both seats, the driver and the passenger. You get three memory functions for the driver as well and of course both these seats are ventilated too.”

Ride comfort

XUV 7XO: Strongly positiveScorpio N: Mixed reviews

XUV 7XO: “Jab isko city mein drive kiya tha, jo bhi iska jo suspension aa raha hai wo bahut zyada premium, aapko khadde bilkul bhi mehsoos nahi hote. Agar aap drive kar rahe hain, city mein itni zyada comfortable ride hai.”

Third row usability

XUV 7XO: Generally negativeScorpio N: Strongly negative

XUV 7XO: “Bahut comfortable toh nahi hai... ismein bachche baith sakte hain kyunki yahan pe thigh support bhi nahi mil raha... headroom bhi ok issue ho gaya... third row waise bhi bachchon ke liye hai toh ye properly bachchon ke liye hi hai.”

Scorpio N: “This time around the third row was a tight squeeze for him, so it is a no-no for taller people, it's just kids and people like me that would be okay.”
